1. Seems, it is not an Unix Way. SMTP server should not generate
outbound SMTP connections :-). But nothing prevents you from
supporting your own automatic RSS-like DNS zone and fill it in
this way.
2. Do not forget to whitelist your secondary MX-ers which are
also (normally) opened as outbound relays just for you :-)
