rfe: automagic open relay message refusal?

Hello,

This is a request for enhancement: I'd like an option in zmailer to
configure the smtp server to check if the hosts that connect are open mail
relays, and if so reject any incoming messages.  The result is something
similar to what MAPS and ORBS were attempting to perform, except that it's
fully automated and not subject to the political whims of third parties.
Is anyone interested in implementing this?  =)
