Problem blocking SPAM with smtp-policy

Hello All !

I use db/smtp-policy.spam for blocking SPAM.
form [ip.number]/maskwidth ( [62.0.104.0]/24 ) working fine - session closed 
at the connection stage, but form domain part ( Example .bb.netvision.net.il )
don't closed session on connection ... -
