Perhaps an example helps.  I handle gulbrandsen.priv.no in
fqdnaliases, and have a this line in db/routes to bounce whatever
fqdnaliases doesn't fix:

gulbrandsen.priv.no	error!badgulbrandsen

And here is forms/badgulbrandsen:

HDR From: Mail Delivery Subsystem <postmaster@gulbrandsen.priv.no>
HDR Sender: mailer-daemon
SUB Subject: Delivery reports about your email

The current addresses in the gulbrandsen.priv.no domain are:

	Arnt Gulbrandsen <arnt@gulbrandsen.priv.no>
