wrong configure behavior

Hi!

	Now I tried to compile zmailer-2.99.50-s8 on FreeBSD-2.2.2 box and
configure script produce Makefiles with -lresolv library in all
directories.  But I don't specify --with-bundled-libresolv options on
configure startup.  Is it correct?
