new draft of zmanual.ps.gz available

Hello folks,

Instead of coding much -- in C anyway -- I have tried to bend
LaTeX to my will.  (And to teach more LaTeX2e to myself)

you can find fruits of my lattest effors.

And frankly, I would like to hear some feedback.
  - what is missing entirely
  - what is stated absolutely wrong
  - presentation to tune
  - spelling to fix

I haven't tried now to bend LaTeX2HTML to my will, only the PS
file contains new stuff (but index.html  is old, thus dates
have not been updated..)
