Hello,

	I have been bending thick iron (mainly with my hard head) to
	get the mechanics for creating the manual in PS and HTML forms.

	Now it seems I have found the main problems that I had, and
	all that now remains is just hard work of writing -- and some
	annoying details about \sub*section numberings..
