	You don't have  deliveryform  defined for the "local" rule
	selector (or for */*), or then you have something which does
	not exist.  However you should see far more errors that only
	that one.  (Or  MAILSHARE/forms/delivery  does not exist ?)


	scheduler/msgerror.c: writeheader()  does lack this branch
	from its gracefull error handling. ("No report boilerplatefile
	available")   I will add that.
