	They are no longer same -- I just played around
	with z-m-index0.htm, and added TABLE to contain
	logo, and the main title text.

	Otherwise the outlook, and location of "Welcome.."
	text might all the sudden appear in narrowed
	field under the main-title..

	Now the minimum width appears to be 532 pixels;
	at my workstation (with NetScape 4.x) at least.
