	I am also seeing it here and there.
	Right now the leading contester for the theory is that
	the target system has a Cisco PIX firewall in front of
	it, and it scrambles ORCPT parameter string :-(

	Can you find out if they have that FW product, and if so,
	if they could turn off the DSN from the EHLO capability
	reports ?
