Lately I've been seeing a lot of messages like this in my maillog:

  Sep 15 21:22:19 groucho smtpserver: unknown SMTP command 'EHLO' from
  SERV02.SLAC.Stanford.EDU/1565

Are we missing out on some great new smtp feature, or should I just
ignore this?
