  In case anyone cares the only other places I found calls to setsockopt
  were in smtpserver/smtpserver.c (done correctly) and in
  support/rlockd/in.rlockd.c (done incorrectly).

Ooops.  In case I was unclear, what I meant was "wrong for every
version of Unix", not "wrong everywhere it occurs in Zmailer".
